Vesna è una affascinante ragazza ceca arrivata a Trieste con un autobus turistico. Lascia amiche e connazionali per cercare una nuova, e migliore, vita altrove. Si dirige a Rimini, ma qui riesce solo a diventare una prostituta per vivere. Una sera, durante un "incontro", conosce Antonio, un giovane e deciso capo-operaio. With echoes of films like Being Thereand even Zelig, L'Intrepido is gently satirical, acutely observed and, whilst still having the atmosphere of a fable, is replete with a wonderfully appropriate music score.
