The selfish Dr. Andrè Luiz dies and awakes in a kind of limbo called "Umbral". After a painful and numb period in a gruesome swamp, he is rescued and brought to "Nosso Lar" (meaning "Our Home"), a spiritual city. He finds a place of harmony, where people live in peace, working for the good of humanity, for the self evolution and awaiting for reincarnation. Sooner Andrè Luiz changes his behavior becoming a more self aware and altruist man.

The immature and cheap douche bag Fèbio Clèvis marries the pseudo-intellectual Miè and they travel in a cruise to Europe on board of a fancy passenger vessel. Fabio and Miè are invited to have dinner with the wealthy Beto Assunèèo and his gorgeous wife Laura in a VIP restaurant on the vessel. Soon Fèbio discovers that Beto was Miè's boyfriend and Miè learns that Fèbio had a crush on Laura that was his classmate. Meanwhile the cynical chamber maid Suzana Mello and her estranged husband, the entertainer Wilson, make a bet that Fèbio and Miè will split before the end of the trip and poison their relationship. When the ship arrives in Casablanca, Fèbio meets his bothersome childhood friend Cabeèa that affects their honeymoon.
