A murder is committed in a town in India and the Police ask a senior policeman to deal with his matter. Karan Pandey and Rahul are two friends who work in a fashion designers office, and live in a rented apartment. When they are unable to pay the rent, they are dramatically evicted, but sneak their way back in within hours as the building is being renovated. Karan meets a beautiful woman, Kiran, and falls in love with her. He finds out that she is the girlfriend of his boss, D.K. Bose, lives in a bungalow in Malabar Hill, and owns a Mercedes. Roy is leading a dual life . His girlfriend Simi believes he is an honest person while the reality is quite different.
